Continual improvement: Escalae alongside teachers

What is it

The Continual Improvement service accompanies communities of teachers in order to design and implement projects for continual improvement of educational practice through criteria for managing quality, grounding teaching and collaborative work.

These communities are known as Communities to Institutionalise Educational Practice (CIEPs).

How does it work?

The projects carried out in the CIEPs are structured into three sessions:

  • First session: the CIEP is set up and coordinated by an external agent (trainer, adviser or Facilita
  • Following sessions: it gets under way and the different project phases are monitored.
  • Final session: final assessment and presentation of findings.
