The Escalae Quality System helps teachers and the management team carry out joint reflection on their educational practice and implement constant improvements.
Specifically, Escalae helps to:
Obtain accurate data for teacher training plans, by detecting and analysing the real teacher training needs at the school or college.
Lay the foundations for the institutional strategic plan, as well as the education and curriculum project with scientifically proven data, arranged in accordance with quality protocols on teaching and learning processes developed by IRIF.
Go into ISO- and EFQM-type organisational quality systems in greater depth, complementing the key teaching and learning processes with indicators on what happens in class and a plan for continual improvement at pedagogical level.
Relate the desired learning outcomes with specific strategies to optimise teaching and learning processes and classroom quality. The projects for improvement are detailed in the Strategic Teaching for Education Plan (STEP), obtained after carrying out the Self-diagnosis.
Boost teachers’ and school heads’ confidence in deciding and applying the most suitable educational practices.
Recognise the best educational practices, their merits and teacher training needs. l
Promote a culture of continual improvement in class, strengthening teachers’ collaborative work and laying the foundations for their professional practice.
Guarantee the continuity of continual improvement in class and institutionalise a common methodology based on regular certifications of proven education quality.
