Revolutionizing Teacher Training: TeachersPro® and AI at the IFE EdTech Summit 2024

The Escalae Institute and TeachersPro® had a prominent presence at the IFE EdTech Summit 2024, a renowned event in the educational field held at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. At this summit, which brings together visionaries and leaders in educational innovation, TeachersPro® unveiled version 2.0 of its platform, a significant advancement in the provision of solutions for teacher training and professional development.
The new version incorporates a revolutionary feature: an artificial intelligence mentor designed to provide constructive and personalized feedback to each educator. This AI mentor assesses teaching practices based on concrete evidence and offers specific suggestions for continuous improvement, reflecting TeachersPro®’s commitment to quality and pedagogical innovation.
Furthermore, I had the honor of participating in a panel discussing the search for European funds for educational projects with Miguel Montoya (IFE Europe), Jesús Collado (University of Cantabria), and moderated by Carlos Julio Gutiérrez (Tec de Monterrey), where strategies were discussed and valuable experiences were shared that strengthen the position of TeachersPro® and the Escalae Institute in the international educational landscape.
The conversations held during the event are laying the groundwork for a framework collaboration agreement between the Escalae Institute and the IFE (Institute for the Future of Education). This agreement promises to open paths for future joint initiatives that will benefit the educational community globally, reaffirming our mission to lead and accompany the transformation of educational practices to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Participation in the IFE EdTech Summit 2024 is further proof of the fundamental role that TeachersPro® plays in shaping the future of education, which necessarily involves creating a new culture of professional teacher development, demonstrating that innovation and a commitment to excellence can go hand in hand in the pursuit of quality education for all.
